What you will do

At Combient Mix you will be a key part of a passionate team with the mission to support our customers in their transformational journey by providing them the capability to generate more business value from AI and data. As our network of customers continues to grow, we need to expand both capability and resources in our sales team to further accelerate our growth both within our customer base, but also with new exciting customer relationships.

We are looking for exceptional leaders and expect you to be a curious individual with the ability to combine strategic thinking with solid execution. You thrive by the opportunities that lie within digitalisation and understand how we through our core missions (Identify, Execute and Scale on Business Ideas using Data) can contribute to and help accelerate the digital transformation journey that our customers are on. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer at Mix. As a VP Business practice at Combient Mix you will:

  • Plan, execute and deliver on Mix offerings, delivery to customers
  • Identify business growth opportunities by defining and developing new services, new clients or new potential engagement structures
  • Work as an advisor and consultant to senior management of our clients
  • Oversee and develop our business advisory practices
  • Maintaining a high level of activity with customers
  • Oversee engagement management and delivery of large projects
  • Develop and expand our current engagements to adjacent services and products
  • Own and be responsible for our key partnership and co-creation relationships


Who you are:

We are looking for an individual who can bring new experiences and add value to our team. Examples of the key attributes and competencies that we believe would make a good fit into our organisation and culture are:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in transformation industries
  • Proven track record from working within a dynamic and positively challenging environment, engaging both large enterprise organisations, as well as startups
  • Ability to translate identified business needs and objectives into relevant value propositions built on our offerings
  • An exceptional drive and passion for creating value and achieving results
  • Experience from consultancy and advisory roles
